Businessfocus360 was the brainchild of two brothers, Lakmal Ratnayake and Lakseth Ratnayake back in 2014, where the company was only a 2 man operation. Lakmal’s and Lakseth’s focus on raising customer service standards in Sri Lanka led them on a journey to develop Businessfocus360 main product CEM. The main goal was to quantify customer feedback that translates to actual strategic planning for the management of any organization.
Over the years they managed to refine the product offering by advancing analytics of customer feedback data and today businessfocus360 CEM reports are the measurement of customer experience in many top organizations in the country.
